Lyophilizer Machine (Freeze Dryer) PSI Freeze drying is the process of Removing the moisture from a biological product while maintaining the integrity of the products biological & chemical structure and activities, freeze drying technology is used in particular for removal of moisture from the products usually of biological origin without causing any noticeable change in the original characteristics. Freeze drying is also the preferred process in the field of Pharmacy, Chemistry and in Conservation of food.
Lyophilization System's Freeze Dry Equipment is a new generation laboratory research freeze dryer designed with the same parameters as industrial sized machines. A rectangular chamber offers compact profile with either bulk or bottom-up hydraulic stoppering configuration. Both options have a radiant heat plate above the top shelf for uniform drying on all shelves. All internal surfaces are constructed of 316L stainless steel and offer a polish of 20 Ra or better.
