1. PLC touch screen-- intelligence and color;
2. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter.
3. Quartz sand filter-- get rid of silt, rust, ago, turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, ect.
4. AC filter--Adsorb the residual chlorine, smell, color, part microorganism, harmful matter, ect.
5. Softener resin--exchange Ca2+ and Mg2+ to get soft water.
6. Protection filter--filtrate micro-particles, bacteria, viruses whose accuracy is larger than 5um and protect the into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um.
7. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane.
8. RO membrane-- remove more than 99% ions, bacteria, salt, microorganism, heavy ions, colloid,emdotoxin and other particles in the water.
9. Booster pump--offer pressure to precision filter.
10. Precision filter--prevent microparticles whose diameter is more than 1um into EDI module.
11. EDI module-- produce 15-18.25MΩ.cm ultrapure water.
12. Mixed bed resin-- Exchange cation ions and anion ions to H+ and OH-, and stably get 18.25MΩ.cm ultrapure water.
